چکیده

Еhe anabolic properties of a new composition leuzea and cranberry meal extracts in ratio 7:50, containing ecdisten ursolic acid, respectively, have been investigates on model isolated overload the skeletal muscle rats leg by method excision. Material methods. The experiment was conducted Wistar stock both sexes weighing 220–250 g. At beginning experiment, all animals underwent musculus gastrocnemius tenotomy (m.gastrocnemius), then has intragastrically administered for 14 days. end were decapitated, blood taken to determine biochemical parameters (creatine phosphokinase activity, glucose lactate level) muscles from legs separated difference between mass soleus (m. soleus) operated m.soleus non-operated paw. Results discussion. A dose-dependent effect established extracts. gender found, which confirmed obtained values creatine activity glucose/lactate ratio. Conclusions. exhibits males increase physical endurance female with operation.

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...

Screening of Thirteen Medicinal Plant Extracts for Antioxidant Activity

Antioxidants are vital substances which possess the ability to protect the body from damage caused by free radical induced oxidative stress. A variety of free radical scavenging antioxidants exist within the body which many of them are derived from dietary sources like fruits, vegetables and teas. In this study the antioxidant activity and radical scavenging activity of methanolic extracts of s...
